Very knowledgeable nurse, was 'unexperianced' and my knowledge of my situation was very limited, so Andrew helped me feel not only comfortable from the start, but I walked in with a list of questions when I walked in and didn't have to ask one of those questions as each and every one was answered. Thank you, I would definitely recommend this nurse to each and every patient. Thank you for not only putting my mind at ease but feel stronger aswell

I have a number of phone appointments with Andrew over the last 2years He is always professional allows you time to express any concerns you may have and is available if needed provides excellent after care service Royal Preston should be proud to have him on there team

Many, if not all Andrew’s patients, are having to come to terms with life threatening illnesses. I am such a patient. Andrew was objective in his description of my disease but simultaneously very reassuring that everything that could be done to alleviate the problem was implemented. It was good to know that my worries and troubles were dealt in a manner which didn’t exacerbate the problem. It was also clear that he was very knowledgeable about the illness. It was also comforting to know that if he didn’t know the answer he could and did get in touch with a person who did. It is good to know that we have such expertise in our excellent NHS health service. There must be some ways in which Andrew can improve but I am unaware of what they are. I count myself very lucky to be n the care of Andrews capable hands.
